Since 2004 an east coast favorite the Timberman is not only a race but a triathlon festivial. Offering both 70.3 distance and Timber kids and sprint distance. The Timberman 70.3 Triathlon is a qualifying race for the 2008 Ironman 70.3 World Championship Triathlon in Clearwater, Florida.

Swim: 1.2 miles

The swim course is a point to point swim course, starting at one end of the beach and arriving at the other end at Transition 1.

Bike: 56 miles

Single loop out and back course with rolling hills. There are several challenging hills ranging from 3% to 9% grade.
