Swim 1.5k

The swim course is a 2 loop rectangle swim course with an exit and re-entry after the first loop. Famous for its unique "Kelp Crawl" in which your first 50m you find yourself swimming on top of kelp.

Bike 40k

4 loop bike course along the breathtaking Pacific Grove coastline overlooking Pebble Beach's famous Inn at Spanish Bay. A sharp 180 degree turn around and you are headed back to the Lovers Point area and cheering spectators.

3 loop run course along the recreation trail to the front of the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium on historic Cannery Row. You will return on Ocean View Boulevard with the beautiful Monterey Bay on your right and Victorian Bed and Breakfast Inns on your left.
