Ironman Florida is known for its speedy course. Both the Bike and Run course are extremely flat and offer athletes a great opportunity for personal records. But this speed also comes at a price because Ironman Florida is at the end of the season in November, athletes no longer gain the benefit of day light savings and many finish in the dark.

Boulder Reservoir, Colorado
The 5430 Long Course Triathlon is the third of three races comprising the 2009 Boulder Triathlon Series. The other two are the 5430 Sprint Triathlon on June 21, and the Boulder Peak Triathlon on July 12. A great race with spectacular views, challenging course, and amazing volunteer support.

Since 2004 an east coast favorite the Timberman is not only a race but a triathlon festivial. Offering both 70.3 distance and Timber kids and sprint distance. The Timberman 70.3 Triathlon is a qualifying race for the 2008 Ironman 70.3 World Championship Triathlon in Clearwater, Florida.

Ironman Arizona is the second flattest course behind Ironman Florida. The transition area, swim course and expo are all very close together, and thanks to the three-loop bike and run courses, race day viewing is nothing short of spectacular.
